I recently had a crown done by Dr. Noweder and everything went really smoothly. Both the temporary and the permanent crowns fit perfectly—no weird pressure or adjustment period like I’ve had with other dentists. This one felt great from the start. I’m super happy with the result and would definitely recommend Dr. Noweder. I have also found the billing department easy to work with. In particular the office manager there was great when I had some issues in the past with my bill. All got straightened out fairly for both parties.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. not trustworthy. when I called them for appointment for mandetory school annual regular checkup they took Insurance details and they confirmed me later that Insurance will cover and I dont need to do any co-payment.. Now they are sending me bill and asking me connect insurance. My review is strictly based on their billing department. They continue to send us a bill every month even if our bill is covered by Tricare dental insurance. Metro square dental sent Tricare a blurry, unreadable dental x-ray, hence Tricare rejected their claim. I’ve been reminding Metro Square to send Tricare another copy (one that isn’t blurry and is actually legible) And up to this day, they continue to send us a bill every month! Today I had my teeth cleaned by hygienist Laura. I am very pleased with the result. Considering that I drink a lot of coffee and tea, I did not expect such a significant difference before and after this procedure. This is now part of Great Lakes Dental. I had been with Metro Square Dental for over 15 years. However, since becoming part of Great Lakes Dental Partners, the service and quality of care as well as quality of office staff is awful. They changed my care team without notification or consent.
